Shipping Policy

Here’s what to expect once you place an order — processing times, how packages are shipped, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days — calculated at checkout

• Expedited Shipping — 1–2 business days — calculated at checkout

We currently ship within the United States only. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Packaging

All orders are packed in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no product names or logos visible on the exterior, for privacy in transit. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold packs to help preserve product integrity during transit.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we’ll follow up with the carrier.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays are outside our control, but we’re glad to help you track down a missing package. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, SBR Labs is not responsible for loss or theft from the delivery location — we recommend requiring a signature or using a secure delivery address if this is a concern.

If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered) or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we’ll always try to help redirect a package if the error is caught before it ships.
