Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive correctly and as described. Because our products are laboratory research materials, our refund policy reflects both standard consumer protections and the realities of shipping sealed, batch-tested compounds.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order free of charge any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — see the return options below instead.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging as received.

• Email or message us through the Contact page with your order number.

• Attach photos showing the issue (damaged vial, wrong product, missing item, etc.).

• We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days with a replacement or refund.

3. Unopened, Unused Products

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide a return authorization and shipping instructions — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Opened or Used Products

Because our products are sealed research compounds intended for laboratory use, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any item once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, reconstituted, or otherwise opened, except where the item was defective or incorrect as described in Section 2.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Questions About a Batch or COA

If your concern relates to test results rather than a shipping issue, check the lot number on your vial against our Lab Results page first. If you still have questions after reviewing the matching Certificate of Analysis, reach out through the Contact page and we’ll help directly.

7. Contact

All refund and return requests go through our Contact page. Please do not send products back without first receiving return instructions from us.
