What is SBR Labs?
SBR Labs is a U.S.-based online supplier of research compounds, peptide blends, and laboratory supplies intended exclusively for qualified laboratory and scientific research. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Are SBR Labs products quality tested?
SBR Labs publishes the third-party analytical reports currently available on our Certificates of Analysis page. Reports from independent laboratories such as Freedom Diagnostics and Janoshik identify the tested compound and may include purity, content, identity, laboratory task or accession number, and the reported batch or lot. We do not alter the original certificate documents.
Does every product have a posted certificate?
The COA page contains the reports currently available. If a specific product or lot is not listed, contact us before ordering and ask for the documentation you need. A source laboratory’s batch identifier can differ from the SBR lot printed on packaging, so we recommend confirming any specific lot directly with our support team.
Where can I find the lot or batch information?
Product packaging displays the SBR lot information. The corresponding laboratory report displays the identifier assigned by the laboratory or source batch. Visit the COA page for the available reports or contact us for help with a specific lot.
Who may purchase these products?
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old, qualified to handle laboratory research materials, and legally authorized to purchase the products in their jurisdiction. By ordering, the purchaser accepts responsibility for lawful acquisition, storage, handling, and use.
Are the products intended for human use?
No. Products sold by SBR Labs are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How should research compounds be stored and handled?
Storage requirements can vary by compound and research protocol. Review our Research Handling and Storage Guide, the product documentation, and your laboratory’s approved procedures. SBR Labs does not provide medical, dosing, or personal-use instructions.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Tracking information is emailed after the order ships.
Where does SBR Labs ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is normally estimated at 3–5 business days and expedited shipping at 1–2 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout, and carrier transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. See the Shipping Policy for full details.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders use plain, unmarked outer packaging with no product names or logos visible on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items receive appropriate insulation and cold-pack handling when required.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or missing an item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the items and packaging. We review reported problems and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
Can I return an unopened product?
Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return authorization is required before sending an item back. Opened products cannot be returned. Review the Refund Policy before requesting a return.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
An order may be cancelled or modified before it ships. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Contact us promptly with the order number if a change is needed.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Bulk or wholesale pricing may be available for qualified research customers. Use the Contact page and include the compounds, quantities, and expected order frequency so we can review the request.
